Rabbi Efraim Mintz
Rabbi Efraim Mintz is the Founding Executive Director of the Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (JLI), the largest institute of adult Jewish learning of its kind, providing educational offerings through 962 chapters across the globe. As the adult educational arm of the worldwide Chabad movement, he founded JLI in 1998 with the mission to make the teachings, values, and traditions of the Jewish people accessible and personally meaningful to every Jew, regardless of background or affiliation. JLI’s educational offerings and accredited courses employ cutting-edge pedagogic techniques, embracing the multiple intelligence model and utilizing multimedia and an array of interactive teaching tools to engage, inspire and effectively educate over 362,000 participants to date with 190 courses in English, Hebrew, Spanish, Russian, German, French, Portuguese, Turkish and Greek.
In addition to JLI flagship course offerings, Rabbi Mintz directs a vibrant network of education departments for teens, university students, women's studies, Talmud study, online learning and continuing professional education for physicians, attorneys and mental health professionals. He also spearheads the annual National Jewish Retreat, missions to Israel and TorahCafé.com, a premier online learning destination.
Prior to founding JLI, Rabbi Mintz directed Project Talmud, a student-led educational initiative in 90 cities across North America. He also served as director of Chabad’s Placement Bureau, facilitating placements in community, educational and social service settings. He studied at Oholei Torah Talmudic Institute, West Coast Talmudical Seminary Yeshiva Ohr Elchanan Chabad and received his rabbinic ordination in 1993 from Yeshiva Tomchei Temimim.
Rabbi Shlomo Seidenfeld
Rabbi Shlomo Seidenfeld has been active in Jewish Outreach for over 27 years. He began his career on the college campus, first as the Program Director of the Brooklyn College Hillel and then as the creator and first director of JAM @ U.C.L.A.
Over the last 17 years, Rabbi Seidenfeld has become one of Los Angeles’ most captivating and sought after speakers. With compelling topics and a passionate teaching style, Rabbi Seidenfeld’s classes attract Jews of all ages and stages both in Los Angeles and beyond.
Most recently, Rabbi Seidenfeld returned from a trip to Hungary with his father and a Yad Vashem film crew who chronicled his life prior to the concentration camp. Inspired by that experience, Rabbi Seidenfeld created a powerful lecture on faith, titled, “How G-d Survived Auschwitz”.
Rabbi Seidenfeld also serves as the Scholar In-Residence for Aish Hatorah’s JMI program in Los Angeles where he was recently honored with their 2016 Leadership Award.
Rabbi Seidenfeld received his Rabbinic ordination from Shappels in Jerusalem (1994). He and his wife Lolly have three daughters.

Dini Klein is an enthusiastic foodie, personal chef, and the founder of Dini Delivers. She graduated from the CKCA in 2001, and followed up her training with an externship at The Prime Grill. In addition to hosting her own YouTube channel (Dini Delivers), Dini creates food videos for Tastemade's website and Snapchat discover page. She has written articles for food magazines and websites including The Feedfeed, and Refinery 29 and has been featured in the Washington Post. Dini performs cooking demonstrations and classes, does live TV appearances, and has done two successful restaurant pop ups.
